New bird in the nest

Maybe you have noticed that the title of our homepage has changed. We are not three sparrows anymore. We are four now. On November 5. we welcomed our son Erik to the family. At the moment we are enjoying a few weeks of family time and readjusting.

Other than that we can focus now on getting prepared for our big move to Germany next Spring. We have to figure out passports for the new family member (American and German), flight dates and tickets, where we will live, mobility at the new home, finances, etc...

For the rest of the year 2023, it will be probably quiet on this page. But we are still going forward. And we will keep you guys updated as things proceed.
